Published in 1986 in the UK by NEL as a PBO this title was turned down by Warner Books in the US and as of this writing no US edition has ever been published.In 1992 Kinnel published the first trade hardback edition in the UK. Laymon claims that this was without his knowledge or consent. Nonetheless, as the only hardback edition available it is extremely collectable and collectors should snap up a copy. It is still widely available from dealers and reasonably priced.....for now!!
