The true first hardback printing is a Book Club edition released in the UK in 1995 (The Beast House was released as a double with Allhallows Eve). A Limited Edition hardback is the only true trade hardback published (in the US by Cemetery Dance).The Limited Edition is easy to get hold of. The PBO's , particularly the NEL one, is Tough!! The Book Club edition is even tougher!!!
